A limited number of Super Early Bird tickets, offering a 20% saving, will be available until 23 December 2026 or until they sell out.
Early Bird tickets will be available from 4 January 2027, offering a 10% saving on the standard full-ticket price across every ticket category. Early Bird savings end on 31 March 2027, after which full ticket prices will apply.
When you book your ticket, we’ll ask you to provide a few registration details. This helps us plan for the conference, understand who will be joining us and make sure we have the information we need to give you the best possible conference experience.
Standard ticket
3 full days access to the main conference programme at the London Stadium on 19–20 May 2027, plus the one day online Festival of the Unexpected during the week before conference. This ticket is designed for delegates who would like to attend without adding UK Evaluation Society membership.
Please note: The Methods Festival is a member-only event and not included in this ticket type. If you're not a member and would like to attend, choose a membership and member conference ticket bundle.
Individual membership and member conference ticket bundle
3 full days, plus afternoon workshop. Combine one year of UK Evaluation Society individual membership with a full member conference ticket. Your ticket includes the Methods Festival in person on the afternoon of 18 May, the main conference programme on 19–20 May and the online Festival of the Unexpected, alongside access to membership benefits throughout the year.
Two year individual membership and conference ticket bundle
3 full days, plus afternoon workshop. Combine two years of UK Evaluation Society membership with a full member conference ticket. Your ticket includes the Methods Festival in person on the afternoon of 18 May, the main conference programme on 19–20 May and the online Festival of the Unexpected, alongside access to membership benefits throughout the year.

Proof of status, such as a student ID and a valid .ac.uk email address is required to qualify.
